Fyne Homes Ltd is a charitable, community based Registered Social Landlord owning and managing over 1600 homes in Bute, Cowal, Mid-Argyll and Kintyre. Fyne Homes is also a registered Property Factor providing factoring services to around 400 homes and has active development and capital investment programmes.
PAINTER
Salary starting at £23,982.00 and rising to £29,978.00
You will be part of a small team delivering Fyne Homes' painting projects across our properties in Argyll and Bute. Providing safe, comfortable homes for our customers is a priority for us, and we need qualified team members who are committed to delivering high quality work, on time.
You will be a self-motivated, customer focused person with an excellent track record in painting and decorating.
Fyne Homes is committed to excellence in health, safety and care and you will be expected to fully demonstrate your knowledge and experience to these performance standards.
Along with excellent customer focus and a "can-do" attitude, your skills will include holding a full UK driving license as you will have access to - and be responsible for - a Fyne Homes vehicle.
